Heute bilden die Divisionen Power and Gas, Wind Power and Renewables, Power Generation Service, Energy Managemant, Building Technologies, sowie die Divisionen Mobility, Digital Factory, Process Industries and Drives, Financial Service und die Division Healthcare die Arbeitsbereiche von Siemens. Folglich ist Siemens in vielen Bereichen der Technik vertreten.<br \/>\nIm Vordergrund steht, laut Siemens, \u201eIngenuity for life\u201c, sprich innovative L\u00f6sungen zu finden, die Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be setzen und das Leben in vielen Bereichen nachhaltig verbessern.<br \/>\nIm Jahr 2005 kaufte Siemens den Getriebemotoren-Hersteller Flender in T\u00fcbingen auf, seit 2007 nennt sich der Betrieb Siemens Geared Motors. Somit ist Siemens nun auch in T\u00fcbingen vertreten.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Projekt<br \/>\nDie Teilnehmer bei Siemens arbeiteten an dem Schnittmodell eines Schneckenradgetriebes. Daf\u00fcr wurde als erster Schritt das Getriebe ausgefr\u00e4st und danach aufgebaut. Zu guter Letzt wurde es noch lackiert. W\u00e4hrend der ganzen Zeit dokumentierten sie den Verlauf ihrer Arbeit und stellten ihn am letzten Tag, an der Abschlussveranstaltung vor.
